Important updates on Naples Beach Hotel (NBH) Redevelopment by the Athens Group, impact-ing the integrity of Coquina Sands, scheduled to begin construction in 2021
NBH construction noise and traffic concerns, density and height restrictions, including
195 residential condo units and a 200 room Hotel
NBH Golf Course to remain as open space, retaining public access to HB’s and Sunset Bar, with 95 residential units planned on north end of Golf course, adjacent to Crayton Road
City Planning and Advisory Board final approval for Naples Beach Hotel Redevelopment scheduled for Spring 2019, prior to Naples City Council vote. Voice your concerns!
City Council updates keeping you apprised of key issues pertaining to our Community
Neighborhood security, safety, and traffic concerns via “Community Alert” postings
City code enforcement advocacy to enhance property values, encompassing short-term rentals, urban density, zoning and land use, beach access parking and others concerns
Enhancement of entrance signage, beautification of landscape medians, comprising replacement of damaged City trees to boost esthetic and ecological neighborhood appeal
Continued preservation of Naples’ Vision, a lifestyle of distinctive culture and character
